Since we are a small firm with a low overhead structure (yes we do practice what we preach) our Senior Consultant rates are 73% below industry averages... and 27% below the large firm average. Our Principal consultant rates are 28% lower than the industry average and 29% lower than the large firm average.

Note: Industry averages are for national data, not SF Bay Area data which would be higher. The averages for "Larger Firms" do not include the very large, major U.S. firms which often charge even higher rates.
