Robert Goldstein
“It’s an honor to be a part of CCI. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to engage many different management consulting firms. For me, CCI stands out as an ethical leader in the industry. As one of the firm’s prior clients, I have great respect for its honesty, integrity, and commitment to client service.”
Robert Goldstein is a management consultant with more than 25 years of experience in IT, healthcare, and program management. He has enjoyed particular success in managing large teams and selecting, developing, deploying, testing, and supporting complex IT systems in major health care institutions including Kaiser Permanente and the University of California, San Francisco. He led the IT program for the world's largest private sector healthcare implementation of a $5 billion electronic medical records system that currently serves 20,000 users and 8 million patients. He also oversaw the deployment of an integrated suite of IDX applications supporting registration, admitting, scheduling, billing, and managed care for a major research hospital. Robert attributes his skills in motivating people to working cooperatively, and in producing outstanding results to his ability to effectively communicate the goals of a project. He has successfully partnered with both business and IT leaders within a number of large and complex organizations, enabling them to express their needs and develop mutual ownership of a project. Through this collaboration, he has helped organizations successfully implement projects that maximize the benefits of systems in terms of technology, people, and processes.
