Bob Cliff founded Cliff Consulting in 1972. He has more than 35 years of project leadership experience, covering a broad spectrum of projects in the banking, insurance, biotech, and brokerage industries. During his long career Bob has lead a number of major projects, successfully targeting a wide variety of business process transformation and technology implementation objectives. Today, he provides direction for the firm and its continued growth, along with preserving its unique culture and values. Before founding Cliff Consulting, Bob worked as an assistant professor for four years at UC, Berkeley, in the department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, where he also received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees. In their free time, Bob and his wife Cathy enjoy sailing and biking in the summer and skiing in the winter.
