Philip Dion is a senior consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of management consulting, program and project leadership, process improvement, and team building. He has an extensive background in developing and implementing technology-based products and services in the financial services, health care, and software industries. Prior to joining Cliff Consulting, Inc. in 2005, Philip provided consulting services and/or held senior IT positions at Charles Schwab, Blue Shield of California, Bank of America, and Instill Corporation, among others. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and holds a B.S. in Business/Information Systems from the University of Colorado. In his free time, Philip enjoys cycling, spending time with his children, and following the Red Sox.
