“What I love is partnering with clients to develop the skills and potential of the client organization.  Giant consulting firms often bring in an army to take over a project, but we help the client get the job done using their own resources.  
My favorite kind of project involves showing clients the potential of what they already have, but haven’t fully known how to use.  So many organizations make a big initial technology investment, but never fully integrate it!  No matter how much they spent on software, it won’t automatically provide the solutions they need. But we help them discover previously unrealized potential in their own people and technology, and really get their money’s worth.”

Julie DiJaili is a senior consultant with more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing technology solutions in the financial services, health care, and nonprofit industries. Prior to joining Cliff Consulting, she provided consulting services and/or held senior IT positions at Kaiser Permanente, Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, and Equitec Financial Controls Inc., among others. A certified Project Manager, Julie holds a B.S. in Business Information Computing Systems from San Francisco State University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her teenage twins, hiking and practicing Yoga.
